The group policy is still there (Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services -> Remote Desktop Session Host -> Connections) policy "Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session", set it to disabled.
